The program uses special routines using both fast and slow speed. The WAV file has been kept.
- [hypersp4.tap]: Dom managed to handle the non-standard routines (mixing fast and slow speed!),
and made this file, similar to the original program.
See Dom's analysis of the tape format: [Formats Exotiques _6_.pdf]
- [hyperspace4_intro-jeu1_deprotege_bug_corrige.tap]: cracked TAP file (1st part).
The Basic code is in clear, and a bug in the program has been corrected (see below)
- [hyperspace4_jeu2_deprotege.tap]: cracked TAP file (2nd part).

----

The first part is a classic adventure game. There are bugs in the program: don't buy the rope ("corde") in the FarWest game, the program will consider you don't have it.
The second part is a bit a "Hacker-like". You have to collect items in your house, avoiding an enemy, with a very limited time. Playing the 2nd part requires finishing the 1st one.

Ah, Hyperspace 4. That's not what I'd call a good adventure game despite some interesting things. The first part is a classic adventure game, but... There's no interpreter: you have to enter exactly the string needed to make the actions ! "nord" is obvious, but "delivre prisonnier" isn't that much... More, some doors lead to death and they are randomly set at the beginning of each game ! Absolutely no interest. And even worse, there are bugs in the program: don't buy the rope ("corde") in the FarWest game, the program will consider you don't have it. Except this, the graphics are OK. The second part is more interesting, reminds me a little of "Hacker". You have to collect items in your house, avoiding an enemy, with a very limited time. Sadly, playing the 2nd part requires finishing the 1st one...
