The inlay was a Vic-20 inlay, but the owner wrote "Oric 1" on it (or was it the editor that did it?).
This game is extremely similar to The Valley, by ASP Software, released in 1982 or 1983. Could the author have sold his game twice? ASP's The Valley had a manual, it seems Kayde's version doesn't as it states "full instructions in the program".
