Recorded twice at fast speed on unlabelled side, and once at slow speed on the side labelled "ZIG ZAG",S (similar, byte for byte).
The fast speed was recorded on the right channel only (almost mute on the left one), and the slow one was recorded on both channels. This can explain that some early tapes were difficult to load in fast speed: some mono tape players use the left channel by default. |
