Another cracking game from Andy Green. Would love to read an interview with him. Wonder if he's still in the industry. |

This was the first Oric game I bought. I played it for half a year almost every day. Very nice graphics and a true arcade feeling.

This features one of the best versions of Space INvaders for the Oric - and you get another great shoot em up too. Great stuff from one of the best programmers of Oric games.
NB this game uses the keyboard of the Oric-1. The layout doesn't work properly on the Atmos, (or PC unless you reconfigure the Euphoric keyboard). |

4 games in one leads to a good all round arcade SEU. You get versions of Space Invaders, Missile Command and Space Zap (a rare arcade machine). I don't know if the Cosmic Guerillas round is based on an arcade machine or is an original idea. Cross Fire is the weakest game of the four. The graphics are nicely done and move fluidly, sound is also up to standard. This game is much better than Tansoft's Ultima Zone, also by Andy Green. The picture of the author is a nice and impressive touch for the day! |
